Each piece is created especially for you.
Follow these steps to customize your product quickly and correctly:

1️⃣ Choose the color

Select between gold or silver (subject to model availability).

2️⃣ Choose the product variants

Depending on the type of jewelry, you can select:

  • Chain type (Rope or Box, if applicable)
  • Chain length (for necklaces)
  • Thickness (for bracelets or bangles)
  • Size (for rings)

📌 Some pieces have specific options depending on their design.

3️⃣ Customize the front

You can choose:

  • Photograph
  • Text
  • No engraving

4️⃣ Upload your file or write your message

  • 📸 Image: must be clear, well-lit, and of good quality
  • ✍️ Text: write exactly what you want to engrave

5️⃣ Customize the back (optional)

Available on most pieces:

  • Text
  • Image
  • No engraving

6️⃣ Review your order

Before finalizing your purchase:

✔ Verify names, dates, and spelling
✔ Confirm images and design

🚫 Once in production, no changes can be made.

  • The quality of the engraving depends on the image sent

  • No returns accepted
  • No refunds accepted for customer errors
  • No changes made once the process has begun
  • No refunds for change of mind

  • Production: 3 to 5 business days
  • Express shipping: ~2 business days
  • Regular shipping: 3 to 6 business days
