At By Amiris, each piece is created with purpose, care, and dedication. We strive to ensure the quality of every product before it is shipped.
However, we understand that exceptional situations may arise. Therefore, this Policy establishes the conditions under which returns, exchanges, and refunds are accepted.
📦 2. Product Categories
🔹 Regular Jewelry (Non-Personalized)
Standard pieces (without personalization) may be eligible for return or exchange only if:
They have manufacturing defects, or
There is an error in the product received
Exchanges (for example, size) may also be accepted provided that:
The product has not been used
It is in perfect condition
It is kept in its original packaging
The request is made within 14 days after delivery
🚫 Returns due to a change of mind or personal preference are not accepted.
🔹 Personalized Products
Includes, among others:
Laser-engraved jewelry
Personalized names, dates, initials, or messages
Custom-made designs
Products created using customer-provided images (such as photo magnets)
These products are final sale and returns, exchanges, or refunds are not accepted, except in the case of:
A manufacturing defect, or
A verifiable error by By Amiris
The customer is responsible for carefully verifying all information before placing the order.
🔹 Sale or Final Sale Products
Products purchased during promotions, special discounts, or clearance sales are considered final sale.
Returns or refunds are not accepted, except in the case of a verifiable defect.
⚠️ 3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If your order arrives with any issue, you must contact us within 3 business days after delivery.
You must provide:
Order number
Clear photographs or videos of the product
Evidence of the packaging
Description of the issue
Once the case has been evaluated, By Amiris may offer:
Product replacement,
Store credit, or
Refund, as applicable
🚚 4. Damage During Shipping
By Amiris is not responsible for damage caused by shipping carriers.
However, we will provide assistance in filing the appropriate claim with the shipping carrier.
The final outcome (refund or compensation) will depend on the shipping carrier’s resolution.

To initiate a request, you must contact us at:

Returns will not be accepted without prior approval.

The refund will be processed to the original payment method
Processing time may vary depending on the financial institution (approximately 10 to 15 business days)

Shipping costs are non-refundable
Products that do not meet the conditions may be rejected

To be accepted, the return must meet the following conditions:

No additional damage
In its original packaging
In the same condition in which it was delivered
By Amiris reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these requirements.

Orders may only be canceled or modified before the production process begins.
Once the process has begun, especially for personalized products, orders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.

By Amiris reserves the right to approve or reject any return, exchange, or refund request.
To the extent permitted by law, By Amiris will not be responsible for damages resulting from improper use of the products.
